We provide an outsourced File Review service, saving Solicitors many hours enabling them to comply with the regulatory requirements. We provide comprehensive, forensic, independent File Audits. This service gives you an in depth analysis of your fee earners’ performance identifying any trends, either from individual fee earners or across departments. We can audit the whole of a file, from file opening to file closing or specific parts of the file.

Compliance audits are provided by our highly skilled personnel. These audits comprise of a preliminary check of all relevant procedures, a review of sample of files, and a visit to your office. Our Work-Based business skills training gives your lawyers the opportunity to learn practical skills and to apply them to actual issues within your business.
