Dealing with constant change is one of the certainties of current legal practice. Whether you are instigating change initiatives at a departmental or firm level, this course provides you with an overview of the typical stages of transition. It looks at the issues that arise at a firm and individual level when implementing a programme of change. It provides you with the tools and techniques to implement change through new processes/procedures. It also gives you the skills to engage your staff and to overcome the barriers to doing so, ensuring that they are supportive of and committed to the changes made.
This course will help you to resolve these typical business problems:
- A lack of understanding as to which approach to change is the most appropriate for your firm.
- Uncertainty as to how to best introduce changes so that they are successfully implemented.
- Failure to get “buy in” from your staff to the changes that are needed.
