Introduction

This course assumes completion of the ‘Developing a Learning Organisation to Effect Culture Change’ Course and as such, will allow you to implement the actions it identified. It focuses on the practical aspects of implementation of culture change through leading and managing people especially at a time when morale and motivation is at a low ebb. 
 
It allows you to apply your acquired understanding of the range of models already studied to successfully maximise work-based learning and effect culture change. It will enable you to put into effect your formal Action Plan by overcoming resistance and achieve a culture where change in accepted as normal.
