This course will enable you to identify the key performance standards relating to the client’s experience with your Firm, and the reduction of risk and regulatory compliance on client matters. It will enable you to consult effectively and thereafter draft a two page Benchmark document containing the key standards that are short and objectively measurable. It will assist you with implementing the standards in a positive and effective way.

This course is stand alone and will enable you to implement key performance standards, but there is a further course available that covers auditing of the implemented performance standards. They will together help you to address these typical issues:

• Not having consistent standards of service across all fee earners, departments, and offices.
• Variable reputation in the market place.
• Insufficient work.
• Client complaints and the risk of losing clients to competitors.
