Introduction

This is the third in a series of three practical work-based courses designed to enable you to create a Vision and Strategy bespoke to your personal business requirements. The courses focus on the three building blocks needed to develop and agree a formal business strategy – market analysis, a vision of the way forward and the strategic option that fits the marketplace, your resources and goals. It will therefore allow you to create an agreed written strategic plan for the firm that includes market analysis, a vision and development choice, as well as key actions, required resources and agreed timescales.

This third course allows you to identify and formalise the most appropriate strategic option for the firm based on the outcomes of Courses 1 and 2 including comprehensive market analysis, agreed core values and long term priorities.
