This is the second in a series of three practical work-based courses designed to enable you to create a Vision and Strategy bespoke to your personal business requirements. The courses focus on the three building blocks needed to develop and agree a formal business strategy – market analysis, a vision of the way forward and the strategic option that fits the marketplace, your resources and goals. It will therefore allow you to create an agreed written strategic plan for the firm that includes detailed market analysis, a vision and development choice, as well as key actions, required resources and agreed timescales.
This second course allows you to develop an agreed Vision for your business and based on your comprehensive Market Analysis, agree its long-term objectives.
This course forms part of the series of courses on Creating the Vision and Strategy and will help you to resolve these typical business problems:-
